PECTOLIT PLUS

Properties: Pectolit plus is a complex formulation designed for calves with digestive disorders manifesting as diarrhea. Plant pectins create a layer protecting intestines, electrolytes stabilize the water and electrolyte balance, reducing the risk of dehydration. The product also provides vitamins and microelements, which are crucial for maintaining physiological functions of the body and stimulation of the immune system. Pectolit plus is eagerly drunk by claves, and due to easily absorbable ingredients it maintains a calf in good condition.

How to use:

Calves:  In diarrhea administer twice a day, upon mixing  100 g of Pectolit plus in 2 litres of warm water (temperature of approx. 38°C). Feeding Pectolit plus for a day or two should normally suffice. If necessary, administer Pectolit plus for a few more consecutive days. Using Pectolit plus can be started after the period of feeding with colostrum, ceasing feeding with milk. Pectolit plus can be used to protect calves against the diarrhea.

For prevention: Administer preventively  50g of preparation Pectolit plus diluted in milk or milk replacer. In automatic calf feeders use 3 kg of Pectolit plus per 25 kg of milk replacer.

Lambs:  administer as much as needed. Dose: 50 g of Pectolit plus per 1l of water.

Reccommended duration of use: From 1 to 7 days (from 1 to 3 days, if it’s the only way of feeding the animal). Before using the feed or before extending the period of application it is reccomended to consult nutrition specialist or veterinary doctor.
